What we do,
and how we do it.

SCOPE

Robbs Lawncare runs six services. Four are weekly work that show up at your house every cycle. One is for current clients only. One isn’t live yet.

Every service is delivered by Rob personally. There’s no crew you’ve never met turning up unannounced. The cut height, edge line, and trim standard are decided on the first visit and held for the season — that’s the whole point.

A vertical cut between lawn and hardscape — done with a steel blade, by hand, every week.

Most lawn care services use a string trimmer turned vertically to fake an edge. It looks fine for a day, then frays back into the grass and disappears within a week. That's not what Rob does.

Robbs Lawncare uses a physical steel blade — the same way the work was done before string trimmers existed, because it's still better. The blade cuts a clean vertical line where lawn meets concrete, asphalt, or bed border. The line holds for the full week between cuts. From the street, your property reads as deliberately maintained instead of casually mowed.

Done on every visit. Never skipped. Never substituted with a trimmer because it's faster.

Same day of the week, same cut height, same standard — for the whole April–November season.

Most Niagara homes are on a 7-day cycle from late April through early November. Rob locks your property into a fixed day of the week and shows up unless the grass is genuinely wet — if it is, he comes back the next day rather than scalp it.

Cut height is set on your property the first visit and held for the season. Direction rotates each week so the lawn doesn't develop rutting patterns. Clippings are mulched back unless they're heavy enough to mat — in which case they're bagged and removed.

Flat rate per cut or monthly billing. Whichever you prefer.

For smaller lots or slower-growth seasons — a 14-day cycle that keeps the lawn presentable without overcutting.

Not every yard needs weekly service. Smaller properties, properties with less sun, or late-season cycles often look better on a 14-day rotation — long enough that the lawn grows visibly between visits, short enough to keep the cut even.

Cut height is dialed slightly higher to bridge the longer interval without scalping. Edging and trimming still happen every visit at the same standard as weekly clients.

Biweekly clients get priority booking for one-off weekly visits during heavy growth weeks in May and June.

Fences, posts, tree rings, and tight corners — finished by hand on every visit.

Trimming is what your mower can't reach: along fence lines, around posts, under deck edges, around tree rings, behind AC units. Many services skip half of these on busy days. Rob doesn't.

Done on every cutting visit, with the same line height as the mower. Sounds basic — and it is — but a property where the trim line matches the cut height is doing 60% of what makes a yard look professional. If it gets missed, Rob comes back.

Mulch top-ups, bed cleanups, small plantings — add to your regular schedule.

For weekly and biweekly clients only — these get worked into the regular schedule. Mulch refresh in spring, bed cleanups in fall, small plant installations during the season. Not full landscape design; this is the maintenance layer that keeps an already-landscaped property looking right.

Quoted per job, scheduled into a regular visit so there's no separate trip charge.

Coming next winter. Driveway and walkway snow service for current Niagara clients.

Rob is working out the insurance and equipment side for the 2026/27 season. The plan: residential driveway and walkway snow removal for current lawn-care clients first — keep the same one-person-one-standard model that works in summer.

If you're a current client and want first dibs on the pilot, mention it on your next visit or check the contact form below.

From inquiry
to first cut.

No 30-minute estimate calls. No surprise upsells. Most quotes go out the same day, and the first cut happens inside a week.

01

You reach out

Quote form, phone, or DM. Tell Rob the address and roughly the lawn size. Photos help but aren’t required.

02

Same-day quote

Rob ballparks from Google Earth and your description, then sends a per-cut and monthly number — usually the same day.

03

Confirm in person

If the numbers look right, Rob does a short visit before the first cut to confirm cut height, edge lines, and any unusual obstacles.

04

Locked in for the season

You get a fixed day of the week from late April through early November. Pay per cut or monthly. Cancel any time.

Rob takes a limited number of new properties per season. Get the quote in.
